DESTINY DOES NOT NECESSARILY FAVOR THE LARGER BATTALIONS

In fact, destiny only favors the larger battalions if both generals are equal in their lack of creative thinking.  It is the commander the makes the difference in a battle, not the size of his army.

Clever commanders know their strengths and weaknesses.  They also know that if they are very clever, they can turn their weaknesses into strength.  A mediocre commander leads with his strength, like a boxer with a powerful punch.  He just comes out slugging.

A clever commander uses his weakness as a strength.  Continuing with the boxing analogy, a clever boxer knows he has a powerful left hook so he uses quick right jabs to set up the opponent for that power left hook.

90% of boxing is from the neck up.  Just like in war and business and real life.
