ADJUST THE LANDSCAPE TO YOUR ADVANTAGE

It would be a good bet that the first thing you thought when you read the title to this avenue was that a creative thinker took advantage of the landscape that was there.  A general with a large army, for instance, would take advantage a wide meadow because it gave his troops room to maneuver.

A general with a small army, on the other hand, would prefer to fight in a forest or canyon where the confined landscape would be an ally.  After all, a large army cannot fight a coordinated battle in dense woods.

But this chapter has nothing to do with adjusting your behavior to fit the landscape.  It's fitting the landscape to your purpose.

How can you change landscape?

Well, let's look at some examples.
